An American company is offering free Internet surfing' for all users. Interactive Computer Corp is offering Minneapolis residents a free and permanent e-mail address with 10 free hours of Internet access for WWW surfing. After the 10 hour free-use offer, monthly access can be acquired from US$8.95 per month. Michael Newell, president of ICC, said that the offer is totally genuine and without any hidden catches -- serving to provide a means where locals can get to find out about the Internet. Newell stressed that new computer users on the ICC system can continue to use their new e-mail address even after completing the 10 hour free trial period.
